My family had an amazing dinner at this hidden gem on the third floor. It is often not busy and is made with love. Best food place in this little plaza

Good bang for your buck and the food is delicious. So many sides come with the lunch special. Great flavor in everything we had. Service was also quick and friendly.

4.5/5 stars! Highly recommend this place! The food is amazing and even tho it cost a tiny bit, they do give you a good portion and you'll leave with leftovers! Service is amazing as well, super speedy and the employees were friendly. Definitely worth it if you're in the little Tokyo area. Only complaint that it's a little hot inside the restaurant but it didn't bother me much.

Great location! I went for lunch and this place didn't disappoint. I ordered the beef and shrimp combo I really like how they serve the protein on a bed of steamed vegetables the soup and sides were all delicious. This place is a keeper

Quick service (convenient if working). Pleasant and attentive service.... Been coming here since their old location down 1st street and gr8 consistency.

This is a very regular and cheap place for some Korean food, there is only server for the whole place in charge, not great vibe as well

This place was amazing. If you're ever in the LA downtown area, I would highly recommend this restaurant. I ordered the chicken and shrimp dinner. This was the perfect protein for me. Sides were great and perfect portions. You will smell like a family BBQ when you leave so ladies be careful just know that before you doll up. Chicken & shrimp dinner, edamame, and water came out to 32$. Con: they don't take American Express so keep the receipt if you're in the area for business.

This was a great little discovery in Little Tokyo. Located on the third floor of Weller Court, Korea BBQ House serves a variety of bbq meats, fish, and shrimp. The dishes come with small sides such as a cold mash potato salad, soup, and bean sprout. They also have a few noodles and bibimbap. Upon arriving we were greeted right away and received very friendly service throughout our meal. It's not fancy or very modern and it's a bit warm inside, but it's a good size restaurant and to me it's the food that really matters. And this place surpassed my expectations. The bibimpap was amazing! It was served in a stone pot which is the only way I like it. I had it with beef, vegetables, noodles, and rice. The heat from the pot makes the rice crispy and yummy at the bottom with all that good sauce charring. Yum. I don't usually care for the sides but I did like the pickled veggies. When the bbq ribs came out it was like a little show with all that sizzly, smoky goodness. And the meat - OMG yes. So tasty. Forgot to mention that the broth it comes with on the side is really light and a perfect starter. My only disappointment was the alcohol choices. They weren't varied and I didn't care for the beer too much. It wasn't bad just not to my liking However it was refreshing with the meal and because it was a hot day.

If you're dreaming of meat, your wish would manifest itself on a sizzling heap of chicken, pork, or steak in generous portions. Bring your appetite, and you shall leave happy (and perhaps with some leftover for enjoyment on the following day). The side dishes were underwhelming, and the potato salad was particularly memorable because it's so mushy and bad. I liked the kimchee, but it's sweeter than what I'm used to. We ate outside, but they do have plenty of tables indoor. There is even a banquet room, but I don't know how often that's utilized for the mostly lunch crowd. Our waitress was unable to smile. She got our orders correct but it looked like she has had a long day.

This is a good place for Korean BBQ. The food is always sizzling on the hot plate when they bring it to your table. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. The food is full of flavor and they can make the spice level to your liking. Each lunch order comes with miso soup and sides like potato salad, kim chi, pickled cucumbers, and beam spouts. They're located inside Weller Court in Little Tokyo. Upstairs on the 3rd floor. Perfect and enough time for a lunch break. And within walking distance within DTLA. Stop in and try it!! You'll love it and won't be disappointed!
